We Are Cooking With Love’s Return Policy:

Within 15 days of the receipt of your order, you may return merchandise for a refund, replacement or exchange for the following reasons:

• The item was damaged during shipping. We will replace the item with the same book free of charge.
• The item is defective in some way. We will replace the item with the same book free of charge.
• You were sent the wrong item. (i.e. not the item you ordered) Please contact us to make arrangements to have the correct item sent to you.

We will refund the UPS or USPS Media Mail shipping costs incurred in returning books to us only if the wrong books were shipped to you or if you received damaged merchandise. Please note that merchandise must be packed securely to avoid damage during shipping. Please also note that we reserve the right to reject the return of merchandise for refund if the merchandise is not returned in salable condition due to use and/or inadequate packing. For shipping purposes, exchanges are treated as new orders so new shipping charges do apply to the exchange order.

All sales of spices, seasonings and extracts are final.
