i recently tasted a pumpkin cookie spread-- on a soft spice cooky. it was very light, tasted like pumpkin, cream cheese and whipped cream. it just melted on the tongue! it was sprinkled with spice, maybe pumpkin pie spice? i would love to be able to make this for my family at thanksgiving. thanks for your help!

Hi Ann,
You can't make a cheesecake out of the Tiramisu cheeseball and dessert mix. It is designed to be served as a dessert by itself. If you mix it according to the directions on the package, it will taste like Tiramisu. Just serve it with some type of cookie to spread it on. Animal crackers and graham crackers work well. Hope this helps.

When I cut and pasted the recipe, it must have done something to the ingredient list. Sorry. It's as follows:
40-50 (unsalted tops) Saltine Crackers
2 sticks butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups mini chocolate chips
1 cup finely chopped pecans

frosting recipe

Today, I had a cake with the most yummy frosting, the lady who made it said the frosting came from the Cooking with Love cook book. The frosting is the one that you pour the cooked syrup over the eggs, can you help me out by sending the recipe to me? I asked the gal for the recipe, and she said she'd get it to me, but I don't know if she'll remember or not. So hopefully, you can sent it out. Thanks, several of us loved it as it isn't to sweet.
